Our account managers oversee customer relations and ensure the operational follow-up of services, in coordination with functional managers (more seniors consultants) who are responsible for supervising and accompanying our consultants through their projects.
As a result, each consultant benefits from a tailor-made support programme during which they receive training, have regular meetings with their managers, are given individual coaching on request, and so on.
Because we are committed to the development of our talents, we have implemented several career tracks for them, such as: choosing to develop technical or functional expertise, a managerial career involving a contribution to the company's development or even geographic mobility to one of our international subsidiaries.
Each year, these different options are carefully reviewed and agreed upon with the functional managers to best fit our people needs and expectations.
