The steps of the VAE process

1. Information and guidance
   Contact our VAE reference for a video appointment and obtain all the necessary information.

2. Eligibility
   Fill out the eligibility file with the required supporting documents. After review, you will be informed of the follow-up to your request.

3. Validation file
   Describe your experiences related to the targeted skills and provide concrete evidence. Support is available to assist you in this step.

4. Interview with the jury
   Present your file during an interview of about 30 minutes. If necessary, additional assessments may be requested.

5. Decision of the jury
   The jury can decide:

   • Total validation : obtaining full certification.

   • Partial validation : obtaining certain blocks of skills.

   • Refusal : no validation, with recommendations for progress.

Duration of the process

The average duration of a complete VAE is about 9 months, but this may vary depending on your availability and commitment.
