Senior Calypso Support Analyst


The opportunity:

Lunalogic UK is looking for a Senior Calypso Support Analyst to join one of our client IT BO FX team to:

  • Provide functional and technical expertise on Calypso
  • Work on improving the tools used by the teams to ease monitoring, incident detections, etc
  • Support business users (trader, risk manager, market risk monitoring operator, back-office and middle-office analyst, market data administrator).
  • Analyze and manage incidents/problems/requests, working closely with project, infrastructure and production teams.
  • Support daily, weekly and monthly regulatory reporting for all sites.
  • Maintain knowledge base for the applications and processes in scope of the team.
  • Provide requirements to build team for bug fixing and continuous improvements.
  • Find and eliminate root cause of recurrent incidents.

Who are we looking for:

The candidate should have 6+ years’ experience in support activity/Calypso system. We are especially seeking profiles with the following skills:

  • Calypso: Workflows, TaskStation, Accounting, Reporting and Reconciliation, Confirmations, Clearing & Settlement, Regulatory Reporting, Corporate action
  • Asset Classes : FX / Bond / Issuance / Money Market / Derivatives
  • Technical skills : Control M (not essential), SQL, Unix, ITRS Geneos monitoring
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Pro-active mindset in security, incident preventive measures, improvement of the
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
